Quick Scan processes images and, when the browser supports it, reads short labels locally to suggest front/back matches; recognized text is not saved. Nothing is uploaded. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser or device, so keep your original files and download a deck backup you can restore here. Standard ZIP backups are limited to 4 GiB per deck, so split very large collections into smaller decks.

Lay up to ten cards on a contrasting surface. Quick Scan detects and straightens each card locally. Take the fronts, flip the cards, then take the backs. Local OCR matches shared labels when it can; you always review and can correct every pair. The numbered boxes remain the fallback when detection is uncertain.

Front, back, front, back

Select photos in the order you shot them. They are paired in that order; review every pair and correct its order or orientation in the deck editor. An unmatched last photo becomes a front-only card.

Use the device’s original JPEG files for maximum detail. HEIC display depends on browser support.

PDF source

Keep a document whole

Attach a PDF. If its pages alternate front and back, enter the page count to make pairs automatically. You can also add cards and choose page numbers later. No text extraction or OCR occurs.

PDF page links work in browsers with a built-in PDF viewer. Check the page count in your PDF viewer first.
